Remote Decor Project and Friendship… Namasté Destination Beauté

Her name is Annie Beauchamp. I met her over ten years ago. Annie was first my client, I became hers and today, she is my friend whom I love for her energy, her laughter, her rigor in her work, her creativity and her irreproachable professionalism. As if that weren’t enough, she gives me the most vibrant and colorful nails, which never go unnoticed! She is the proud owner of Namasté Destination Beauté.

A little over a month ago, at the beginning of June, just before the re-opening of Body and Aesthetic Services, I helped Annie give her space a little freshness treatment. We had a lot of fun that day, all that, on video, through our phones. I wanted to share another great remote design experience with you.

If you need me, I will be happy to discuss your project or your ideas with you. Otherwise, I hope my post will inspire you, to make small changes that will make you smile. Whether you want to make some room, refresh, reinvent your living or work space; you’ll find that you can make some nice changes, without breaking the bank.

Here’s how we did it…

Step 1 – Pictures of the space…

Step 2 – Pictures of things to use

Step 3 – Measuring

Step 4 – A small sketch to scale, with Computer or Quad-Ruled Pad paper…

Step 5 – On-site Testing (Measure twice and installed once!)

Annie also makes beautiful pedicures!

Step 6 – Breaking the pretty little mirror! Yes, it can happen… C’est la vie!

Step 7 – Pay it forward… Go shopping in your cupboards or at your friends…

Step 8 – Regroup – Regroup – Regroup!!!

Step 9 – Display – Take a step back – Display – Star over…

Step 10 – Finally came, the long-awaited Grand Re-opening!

Workstations are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each client. Annie took advantage of the downtime to attend several training sessions which allowed her to put in place all the measures required to ensure the safety of her clients.

I recommend you with pleasure and pride, my friend Annie & Namasté Destination Beauté!

Namasté !
