A Door… to our Enchanted Forest… Driftwood Crafts

For as long as I can remember… Every walk on the beach I ever took, has been a hunt for stranded treasures, transported pebbles and the occasional driftwood. That morning in June, on a beach in our beloved Nova Scotia, I came upon the remains of a lobster trap.

Thanks to Google, I learned that my treasure was identified to the Lobster Fishing Area 33A, exactly where I found it! I couldn’t identified the boat… but I finally got to figure out the Lobster Fishing Calendar!

Some Driftwood. Pieces of a Lobster Trap. A ”Sand Dollar” (from Sand Dollar Beach, Nova Scotia)…. And that’s how this Magical Door appeared, on a rainy September afternoon, back home in Saint-Bruno.

A Door to Our Enchanted Forest…

Where cottontail rabbits…cross paths with deers, groundhogs, raccoons, chipmunks and fireflies.

In the beginning of October, we returned to Nova Scotia to recharge and fill up on salty air before winter comes. Some say that an entire Lobster Trap… found its way… hiding… among our suitcases.

Who knows… other Enchanted doors might start to appear near you…

Some people say… they might have seen a Magical Door… in the rocks of a beach…
