This year… Halloween came faster than expected! A little last minute, I managed to make my Sea Urchin inspired Pumpkins. A little autumn sweetness that I couldn’t go without. There are only a few days left, but there is still time to replace the fall colors that are quickly fading, with some heart-warming decorations. I hope you will put some color in your November!

Pumpkins Seeds – Sweet & Spicy by Martha Stewart Take 2…
Last year, I made them in a frying pan… and the result was… not as expected! This year, I did much better and it’s a real delight!
- Wash and dry the pumpkin seeds.
- In a bowl, add the Sugar, Cumin, Ginger, Cayenne Pepper, Cinnamon, salt, peanut oil (or canola). and the pumpkin seeds.
- Spread on a sheet of parchment paper on a large baking sheet
- Bake for 45 minutes at 300 degrees.
- Stir a few times
- Let cool and Voila!
